- You may not purchase, request, or use any item for human or veterinary consumption, clinical treatment, self-administration, household use, food, drugs, cosmetics, or any unlawful purpose.
- You are responsible for verifying that possession, purchase, handling, and use are lawful in your jurisdiction and appropriate for your institution or research setting.
Research-use acknowledgment
By submitting a product or order inquiry, you represent that you understand the research-use restrictions, will use appropriate facilities and trained personnel, and will follow applicable laws, institutional rules, and safety procedures. 5LABS may decline or cancel an inquiry when eligibility, intended use, documentation, or legal compliance cannot be confirmed.
Product information and COAs
Product descriptions are educational and describe areas of research interest; they are not dosing instructions, medical advice, or promises of outcomes. Certificates of Analysis are lot-specific. Researchers should match the product, strength, lot number, dates, and test results before relying on a posted document. If an exact matching COA is not posted, contact 5LABS and do not submit an order inquiry until the documentation is confirmed.
Orders and payment
Submitting an inquiry does not create an accepted order. Product availability, documentation, total price, taxes, shipping, permitted destination, and any approved payment method must be confirmed before an order is accepted. 5LABS does not guarantee that every inquiry or transaction will be approved.
Shipping
Shipping options, cost, timing, tracking, destination eligibility, and any temperature-control limitations will be disclosed before an order is accepted. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. The recipient is responsible for providing a complete and lawful delivery address and for promptly inspecting the package and lot information on arrival. Contact 5LABS within 48 hours of delivery regarding visible transit damage, an incorrect item, or a missing item, with photos and the order details.
Returns, cancellations, and refunds
Because research materials require chain-of-custody and storage controls, opened, used, altered, or improperly stored items are not eligible for return. Do not ship any item back without written authorization. Approved resolutions for a verified incorrect, missing, or transit-damaged item may include replacement, account credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances. Cancellation requests must be made before fulfillment begins and are not guaranteed after an order is accepted.
Privacy
When you contact 5LABS, information such as your name, email, phone number, message, requested items, and order-related details may be used to respond, review research eligibility, maintain records, prevent fraud, and comply with legal or payment-processing obligations. Do not send medical information, government identification, payment-card details, or other sensitive information through ordinary email or social messages unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure process. 5LABS does not sell inquiry contact information.
